I am a homeopath, a Focusing practitioner, and a dedicated warrior on the spiritual path. My journey with homeopathy began 27 years ago and it has been nothing short of a deep, deep love affair.

Focusing, a powerful technique for inner awareness, is The Way for me to "know thyself." Through its archetypal language, it has taught me the depth of the universal laws with which homeopathy is founded upon and it continues to reveal deeper layers of nature to me. Because homeopathy is based on these natural laws, it is as vast and profound as the well of our own being.
